6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
- Ensure any necessary permissions (e.g., venue permits) are in place before the event.
- Communicate changes or updates promptly.
7. Third-Party Vendors
- If third-party vendors are part of the event, their terms and policies may also apply.
8. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or adjust services, subject to availability.
9. Service Limitations
- Our ability to deliver services may depend on external factors such as venue policies or vendor availability.
- Any such limitations will be communicated promptly.
