1. Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement and acknowledgment of event details provided by the client.
  • Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS once the booking is finalized.


2. Payment Policy

  • No advance deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Full payment must be made on or before the event day, as agreed during the booking process.
  • Accepted payment methods include [credit/debit cards, UPI, cash, bank transfers, etc.].


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 15 days before the scheduled event via email or app.
  • No cancellation fee applies if cancellation is made within the specified timeline.
  • Late cancellations may incur charges for any costs already incurred in preparation for the event.


4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 15 days in advance.
  • Changes made closer to the event date may incur additional charges.


5. Changes to Bookings

  • Modifications to event details (e.g., guest count, venue or specific requirements) must be communicated at least 15 days before the event.
  • We will accommodate changes to the best of our ability, and additional costs (if any) will be discussed prior to implementation.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.
  • Ensure any necessary permissions (e.g., venue permits) are in place before the event.
  • Communicate changes or updates promptly.


7. Third-Party Vendors

  • If third-party vendors are part of the event, their terms and policies may also apply.


8. Force Majeure

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to reschedule or adjust services, subject to availability.


9. Service Limitations

  • Our ability to deliver services may depend on external factors such as venue policies or vendor availability.
  • Any such limitations will be communicated promptly.


10. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Your personal information is secure with us and will only be used for service delivery purposes. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
